Ceiling vent install

After having huge steam and heat extraction issues, not to mind general ventilation, Rob decided he had enough.

We installed a 250mm extraction fan on the inside, while on the roof we installed a Whirley bird ventilation system together, working in tangent it's now extracting powerfully.

To install the roof ventilation, we had to align the kit up with the skylight window flashing, cut out a hole, add the flashing, and seal to ensure there would be no water would be getting in when it rains or in torrential rain. We found the light circuit was not protected by a safety switch so we added that safety to the install also.

Job Complete - Ceiling Vent Installed

Robert was satisfied with the result! His bathroom is now receiving sufficient air flow which reduces the risk of interior moisture damage.
