Garden lighting repair

John & Gabrielle had some ongoing issues with their garden lighting. Some lights are not working, some causing tripping issues. We got out there and lit the garden up again.

When we arrived some lights were only working, the safety switch was also tripping due to earth leakage, the lighting only spreading partial light on the garden, after some minor Electrical fault-finding we found some of the cables had come frayed due to being exposed to the elements, a driver had also failed which we replaced with a new LED suited type.

LED upgrade

For good measure, we retrofitted LED globes and removed the old halogen lights, existing they were 50 watts now reduced to 6 watts each, over an 80% efficiency increase.

John & Gabrielle was so happy. The garden is now well lit and most importantly its energy efficient.
