Usually, this lighting is installed in a commercial scene, in this rare instance, this apartment in Glebe used to be a tram shed. The ceilings are very high so the lighting was cast by the walls, this was not too great at all.

The area where Thomas wanted the lights installed had become his new office over lockdown, this was a raised open mezzanine and he required better lighting for this new work area. We were able to add a new light switch and dimmer, pull cables up the wall and run the cables along the beams into the track.

The really cool thing with the track is you can place as many or little lights as you wish and point them in the direction you wish, we installed three, this spread loads of light over the area. This track also had the ability to have three different switches on it too if you wanted to change the scene up.

Slimline upgrade for power points and light switches

There was a handful of power points, light switches and data points which we exchanged the yellow outlets for new.

Thomas's new office is now well lit and most importantly its energy efficient.
