The lighting in this Drummoyne apartment's bedroom come office was extremely dull; it wasn't a nice working environment!

Removing the oyster light in the middle and installing three LED downlights made for a better working environment.

At first glance, the oyster light in the middle was way out of whack with the room, the reason being a wardrobe had been installed after the light had gone in many years ago (chicken and the egg scenario). After discussing with Hugh, we aligned the new LED downlights between the centre of the wardrobe and the wall, giving a far better spread and look.

We drilled out the measured holes, fished the cables around and installed the led downlights, the result was fantastic, such an even spread over the home office desk.

If they did decide to turn it back into a bedroom, we installed a dimmer switch also so the brightness can be turned into an ambience.
